As mentioned above, most colleagues in the departments are truly extremely indifferent and difficult to get along with. Everyone is very afraid of being asked questions and excessively defensive. They are very unfriendly toward newcomers. Before anyone has even spoken, everyone habitually shifts responsibility first. The shareholders and managers often disagree and do not communicate; they only bully newcomers who know nothing. No wonder those who have been there for a long time have all become that way. In short, this is probably the company with the worst atmosphere among colleagues that I have ever worked for.
There is not much of a management system; as long as you do your own work, that should be enough. However, what exactly your own work is still needs to be clarified, because no one will guide you.
The only advantage left is probably that salaries are paid on time.
The owner, managers, and sales staff are all company shareholders, and they do not really agree with one another. One says this, another says that; they keep going back and forth, and in the end, it is always the employees’ fault.
The manager’s temper is frightening and unpredictable—sometimes good, sometimes bad. They may inexplicably slam the table and scold people, taking their anger out on everyone.
There is no concept of right or wrong, only issues concerning the manager’s dignity.
The work environment is not good, with cockroaches and mice.
The job responsibilities are unclear; only after joining do they tell you that you are also responsible for other work.
Colleagues are indifferent and generally do not pay much attention. When you ask about something, the answer is usually “I don’t know” or “I can’t do that.”
Apart from immediately enrolling you in labor and health insurance when you join, you have to keep chasing them yourself to get other things, such as access cards and motorcycle or car parking spaces, and only then will you receive a response.
The work has no logical structure. No one will guide you through the tasks, and even if someone hands over the work, they do not really teach you.
Whether you learn anything depends on your luck.
The scariest part is that the managers themselves do not have a consensus, yet each of them demands that you follow their own way of doing things.
The managers have poor emotional control; they may inexplicably pull a sour face or shout, taking their anger out on others.
Other than that, there is not much else to complain about~ haha.
