Read the community guidelinesA terrible company, with the elevator downstairs moving as slowly as a turtle…
The interview requires applicants to bring two copies of their résumé and one photo. When you arrive, the administrative assistant gives you another four-page résumé form to fill out. After completing it, you then have to scan a QR code to take a personality test. It is simply a waste of applicants’ time! (Do they not know how to use electronic files, or do they not understand the interview SOP? They waste paper and clearly do not understand environmental protection.)
During the HR manager’s interview, the administrative assistant knocked on the door and interrupted twice in a row, yet the manager did not offer even a sincere apology. The salary and benefits structure was not explained clearly either, and the interview was hastily ended like that…
Before I left, the HR manager pretended to be considerate and said that if I had any further questions, I could send a message through 104. Shouldn’t the salary and benefits structure be explained clearly in person to avoid disputes? (The interview SOP was simply a disaster.)
This HR manager and administrative assistant were extremely unprofessional. They scheduled the time chaotically, failed to explain the necessary information, and only asked me to spend more time filling out paperwork after I arrived at the company. The interview was repeatedly interrupted by knocks on the door, and they did not even understand basic etiquette. It seemed as though they were eager to hastily end the interview. I could not see anything professional about either of them!
Online reviews say that the HR manager is a very nice person. In my eyes, how can someone who does not even apologize be considered nice?
My advice to everyone is: if you are urgently looking for a job, you can join, earn a few months’ salary, and then resign, because I cannot see what kind of future this company could offer you!
Also, the salaries for the morning and afternoon shifts are lower than those at most other companies. Just look at the salaries they list in their 104 job postings, and you will realize how terrible they are! (Very few people apply; they are basically all looking for a job while still holding onto their current one, wasting applicants’ time.)
Most importantly, please remember this! If you are not hired, be sure to ask them to delete your résumé to prevent your personal information from being misused…🙏
The supervisor is very nice
The training is very thorough
The boss and HR evaluate employees’ value entirely based on first impressions and discriminate against employees who take medication, believing that employees who take medication cannot do their jobs well
