Employees should be an important asset to the company, but here they are treated as tools and dogs: those who bark are dismissed, while those who do not are whipped onward. Those who are unattractive are left to fend for themselves. So, to those fortunate enough to be hired, make the most of what you can learn here. In such a high-pressure, emotional environment, you will come to appreciate how wonderful life is after leaving.
