A company that engages in workplace psychological manipulation of its employees. It often instills in employees the idea that they are not good enough, but that they were hired only because the company is a high-quality company.
It puts a lot of unreasonable pressure on employees and then claims that it is all for honing your skills and that you should know how to be grateful.

The work schedule is negotiable.
Because this store’s jewelry style is associated with its target market, the proportion of male customers is relatively high, and there are occasionally customers who harass employees at the counter.
However, the female owner and her associates are the type to blame the victim. No matter what happens, they will feel that it is your fault, saying things like, “Who told you to look so easy to bully?” When dealing with unreasonable customers who become angry and verbally abuse employees, they only care whether the merchandise at the counter has been damaged and about the store’s reputation; they do not care about the employees’ personal safety.
I strongly advise women not to work at this store. If you look like a man, or are as burly as a bodybuilder and covered in tattoos, then it may be fine. Or, if you can fight back against unreasonable customers without hesitation, that is also up to you. However, there is a high probability that the female owner will scold you, saying that it is difficult for their small shop to do business and that you should not damage their reputation. If you care about your dignity and your life, please look for another job. Do not sell your dignity and safety for this store’s extremely low base salary.
Finally, I want to advise everyone once again, regardless of gender, to protect yourselves. If something happens while working here, you will only be scolded with remarks such as, “Then go report the customer,” or, “You just need to adjust your mindset.” If you believe you can take responsibility for anything that happens and enjoy working in department stores, then go ahead. If you cannot, do not take this job lightly.
