I interviewed for a team leader position at the Xinzhuang branch. The trainer had a poor attitude; the young women were all talking over one another and liked to gossip, criticizing others. Just because they had been there longer, they were promoted to supervisors. I didn’t expect them to know how to manage people without winning their hearts. Today was my first day at work, and I wasn’t yet familiar with the job, but they told me to leave. Employees aren’t even allowed to sit at the company!
