Pros
We had a very pleasant conversation. The owners, a husband-and-wife team, were both very kind. I believe it is a small team that takes good care of its employees, but unfortunately, it does not align with my personal plans and needs.
Cons
The interview location was not very easy to find, and after arriving, I had to call to make contact.
