Pros
The work is very flexible, the boss is very nice and easy to communicate with, and there are no unreasonable demands. The company also has a coffee bar and snacks.
Year-end bonuses and other bonuses are very generous. Colleagues communicate with one another constructively, and there are many talented people, so you can learn a lot without pressure along the way.
Cons
Occasional overtime, with additional pay provided. I am currently very satisfied.
