I discovered that the company had changed its name and is now called How Fun Business Co., Ltd.
Please note that this is a three-month contract position. In other words, the company can let you go whenever it wants. You will not receive an involuntary separation document or severance pay, and unemployed workers cannot apply for benefits. You can look this up online. Below are my thoughts.
I only found out when I arrived that, because many people leave soon after joining, and the company is constantly training people who then leave, it requires employees to start with a three-month contract. I understand that constantly training people is difficult, but why is the company not improving instead of compromising employees’ rights? If you join and find that the job is unsuitable, you cannot resign immediately. If you want to change jobs, you do not have any annual leave when you have just started, so it would be difficult to take time off to look for another job. The company also seems to require overtime quite often, so you probably would not have time to look anyway.
Even if you want to continue working, if the company decides that you are unsuitable, it can simply get rid of you. Without an involuntary separation document, you cannot apply for benefits. A three-month job is unlikely to be included on your résumé, so you would have wasted three months for nothing, and as an unemployed person, you would have to start looking for work all over again. In the end, who is having a harder time—the company training people or the unemployed workers?
Besides, if someone is going to leave, they are going to leave. Binding people for three months before they can leave is rather strange. Wouldn’t the company have to train someone else anyway? Wouldn’t it be better to let them leave sooner? If someone leaves after being trained for one week versus leaving after being trained for three months, wouldn’t the latter simply mean that even more training was provided before they left? How would that be better?

This company and Xin Xin Printing Factory are the same company; only the registered owners are different. They are a married couple. I won’t say more—please look up the information yourselves~
