Extremely awful. The production line is controlled by cliques of outsourced workers who engage in infighting. To meet production targets, the machines are run at the highest speed, resulting in an extremely high failure rate. Maintenance engineers are worked to death, so they have no choice but to ask operators to figure out how to repair things themselves... Despite being part of the national mask team, there is even a record of illegal activity—absolutely pathetic.
I urge everyone not to be deceived by the staffing agency into coming here. This hellhole is not recommended, whether for full-time or part-time work. There is mandatory overtime every day, with no days off on weekends. Not even a second here is worth it.
The building feels very new.
The interview made it seem like this quality inspection position requires a lot of experience. One female interviewer talked about her past experiences, so you have to listen to her tell stories.
The female quality inspection interviewer was somewhat difficult to deal with. She seemed to be constantly looking for faults in people, and her speech lacked focus, jumping from topic to topic.
You have to be careful when speaking, as she may criticize what is wrong with you. The way she corrected your résumé and commented on your answers felt somewhat uncomfortable.
She was also very defensive about your questions, making her seem difficult to get along with.
