They pay salaries
The previous reviewer already said it all: there is absolutely no system and no benefits.
To add to that, the current situation is basically a sinking ship.
All the experienced people have left, leaving behind a bunch of people who do nothing but talk.
It has become newcomers training even newer newcomers... it’s a complete mess.
Besides the dirty and disorderly environment, they also completely disregard occupational safety.
I genuinely do not recommend it.
Pays salaries on time
Guangan–Changfa–Ruicheng are all owned by the same boss.
Job seekers, I cannot stress this enough: do not come here.
Otherwise, you will definitely discover a whole host of problems. Believe me, none of the following is exaggerated.
a. The interviews are all about tricking people into joining. The salary structure is a chaotic pileup of components, and the benefits are extremely vague and never clearly stated.
b. No medical examination is required before starting work; they just need someone to fill the vacancy. Therefore, there are no health checkups during employment either, and if you get injured, no one will show any concern.
c. No one manages workplace safety. In particular, the crash barriers and cargo racks are either cracked or crooked—extremely frightening.
d. Employees are better off not getting along harmoniously. Management likes to make people below fight among themselves, so there is no teamwork; everyone just passes the buck.
e. Performance evaluations are purely for show, so basically the year-end bonus is zero, and the spring banquet and year-end party are also zero. Every year they say, “The company is losing money.” Even when there is a year-end bonus, it is at most around NT$10,000, yet they still expect everyone to praise the company.
f. The gifts or bonuses for the three major festivals are given—or not—at their discretion (basically, you may not receive them). Even when they are given, they do not dare announce them, fearing that they will become a regular expense in the future.
g. Since there are no benefits whatsoever, basically no one does tasks outside their own job duties, and no one will help. Don’t expect teamwork either.
h. People who can get things done will be worked to death. Additional multitasking work is constantly piled on, and you will basically be made to do things beyond your scope, with zero pay raises.
i. There are no standards or guidelines for anything. When you seek help from upper management, the answer is always “zero”—responsibility is passed down the chain.
j. The SOP was created by a previous colleague. Management treats it like a treasure, but basically no one reads or follows it at all.
k. There is no training either. They just explain things casually and expect you to learn and get up to speed immediately.
l. They love holding meetings for no reason, and there are three “nots”: they are not on time, they have no agenda, and they have no conclusions.
m. They are extremely fond of making grand promises, and have never fulfilled any of them.
n. Basically, they would rather tolerate poor performance than have a vacancy. New hires are always worked to death, with no standard operating procedures to refer to, and they are always looking for new people.
