Pros
A company with a heart of gold—the three top executives are all very nice! Afternoon tea, holiday bonuses, year-end bonuses, and other such payments are never lacking; the benefits that should be provided are all provided.
As long as the company makes money, every employee gets a share! The bosses genuinely treat employees as friends, and even after you leave, they still regard you as an old friend! They give you plenty of advice about life.
Cons
Everyone stays for a long time, so there is very little fresh blood joining.
