The commission for sales staff selling cars is extremely low, there is no annual leave, and sales staff get only 8 days off per month regardless of how many red-letter days there are. However, colleagues at the service center of the same company get 9 days off. There is no food provided or meal allowance. The workday is 10 hours, and on Tuesdays, staff must arrive at the company more than an hour early for meetings, with no overtime pay allowed. The base salary is 24,000.
