Pros
1. The manager of the Business Planning Department is very kind and trusts the employees a great deal. Whenever you have a question and ask her, she is always very willing to help (and the manager is very beautiful).
2. The employees are all very nice to one another and do not engage in office politics.
3. Job responsibilities are very clearly defined. If you are a designer, you only need to do design work and do not need to handle business-related matters.
4. The environment is very good.
Cons
The promotion system is relatively slow.
