I remember interviewing at Jiayun for a position in international trade when I had just graduated.
The boss's wife looked at my résumé and, without asking me anything, immediately criticized me, saying that my name was very poorly chosen and might bring negative effects to the company....? The rest of the interview was not about work at all; instead, she complained incessantly about her daughters, and I listened to her talk about arguing and having conflicts with them....?
By this point, I felt that it was a huge red flag, so I politely finished the interview and left. But this interview experience really opened my eyes!
Whether veterans or newcomers, colleagues all work hard together as one. The highest principle is not getting yelled at.
Overtime, hysterics, and speaking without restraint. There is no lunch subsidy. Arriving on time counts as being late, while arriving early is considered normal. The starting salary is the government-mandated monthly minimum wage.
Requesting annual leave will get you accused of being petty.
