The boss speaks incoherently, keeps changing their mind, and often makes mistakes—even measuring dimensions incorrectly. They also frequently write orders incorrectly, leaving others to clean up the mess.
The boss’s wife is very penny-pinching, cuts benefits outright, and never keeps her word. Given the high turnover, it’s no surprise.
They pay people to promote the business, place advertisements, and offer discounts in exchange for customers giving positive reviews, creating a false impression of a good company.
The materials are all the same, but the prices are higher than other places. Anyone planning to have something installed should compare prices more.

The work environment is terrible to begin with (the boss and employees regularly smoke, chew betel nut, and drink alcohol; sometimes they even gamble and play mahjong at the company!). The pay is also ridiculously low. To top it off, the boss and the workers have terrible tempers and love to shout and swear. It's a pretty abnormal company. There are hardly any bonuses to earn in this position either, and you can forget about opportunities for promotion or a raise...
Marketing staff are paid about the same as administrative staff, but they have to do everything under the sun: place advertisements, optimize rankings, handle graphic design, and even travel for work and give client presentations... Fortunately, I changed jobs soon after joining. If you want a better job and manager, you can skip this company altogether...
A training ground for graphic design and marketing, but you have to endure all the unfairness—it’s a form of cultivation.
Unfair pay; other people take credit for your development work, and speaking up is useless.
The boss says one thing and does another, doesn’t value talent, and doesn’t listen to suggestions.
They treat people like monkeys, offering bananas while expecting all-purpose talent.
The work environment is poor, and there are few benefits.
