Pros
The head of IT is a very nice person and has a great deal of trust in employees. The company environment is fairly ordinary, and occasionally the company gives employees company promotional items.
Cons
There is no overtime pay
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays
There may not be a year-end bonus either
If you are in sales, you’d better be capable of promoting the products; otherwise, you will be severely reprimanded.
If you are an office-based employee, the company is generally quite quiet, with the occasional scent of incense.
