On the first day of reporting for work, your performance will be assessed. If you are not the type of talent they are looking for, you will be told that you are unsuitable and asked to leave the company.
It feels like a bit of a waste of time. If they were not looking for someone like me, why send a formal employment offer notification in the first place?
