Read the community guidelinesThe street-front store is easy to recognize, with a red spiral staircase.
The interviewer seemed to be the design director.
On the first floor, there were two people who looked like assistants,
and the conversation was fairly normal and pleasant.
The space is small; the interview was held at the meeting table immediately inside the entrance on the first floor.
It is not difficult to imagine how large the studio on the second floor can be.
They quickly got to the point of assessing my design abilities and scope of experience.
However, the soundproofing from outside was very poor: there was constant traffic noise and the sound of tow trucks dragging across the ground. In addition, two employees sitting nearby were making sounds like sneezing or coughing up phlegm while working, which greatly affected the impression of the interview and the conversation. In fact, it was often difficult to hear the interview clearly.
It is difficult to imagine how the two employees on the first floor could concentrate properly on their work under such circumstances.
After the interview, they added me on LINE because they needed to discuss the salary, but other employees were sitting nearby, so the salary was discussed via LINE.
