Read the community guidelines1. The workload is not too demanding
2. Regular working hours
1. The boss is very stubborn and keeps going in circles
2. Stingy and too tight-fisted; the work is easily restricted
3. Employees all badmouth the boss behind his back, and the managers do too, but they flatter the boss to his face—a workplace for practicing being two-faced
4. Most importantly, all the work practices and styles are too outdated. Staying at this company long-term will not help your career, and you may end up with a gap in your experience after leaving
Leaving work on time
1. The interview sounded very promising, but the salary increase after the probationary period was a complete lie.
2. The supervisor was very nice during the interview, but after I started working there, it was all exploitation. The salary we originally agreed on was supposedly for certain responsibilities, but after I joined, the workload increased several times over and involved completely different fields.
3. The supervisor constantly curses the boss behind their back, but acts completely differently in front of the boss during meetings. They also take credit for their employees’ work; everything their subordinates do gets credited to the supervisor.
4. Somehow, a requirement suddenly appeared to achieve a certain amount of business every month.
5. Favoritism: subordinates who are close to the supervisor do nothing and spend all day clinging to the supervisor. Even the boss can’t stand it.
