The boss, the boss’s wife, and most colleagues are easy to get along with. Sometimes the boss’s wife even gives employees seafood from her own business, and every now and then they treat everyone to food and drinks. However, since it is a small business, in addition to your regular duties, during the busy season you may also need to help with packaging or the production line, or help move goods.
If you like a family atmosphere, it is quite suitable. Everyone is close and treats one another like family.
You can also dress very casually, just like at home; it is fine if you do not dress formally.
Salaries are increased almost every year, as long as you are not slacking off or doing an absolutely terrible job……
The only downside is that there are many miscellaneous tasks.
1. The company creates a homelike atmosphere because it is a traditional family business.
2. In graphic design-related positions, you can learn video editing, website creation, product photography, uploading product information, keyword optimization, website maintenance and management, and knowledge related to printing.
3. All positions provide excellent physical fitness (men only).
4. Basically, working hours are regular, except that support at exhibition venues is required during exhibition periods.
5. New graduates are welcome; most employees are around the same age, so it is easier to get along.
6. Come here to develop a wide range of skills.
None—as long as you agree that the above points are advantages.
