Encountering lousy colleagues who slack off and shirk responsibility.
1. The company’s funding sources are unstable. When wages are delayed, there is not even a formal announcement, and salaries are still paid late after the agreed-upon deposit date has passed. (There have been multiple instances of delayed pay.)
2. The male accountant is even worse. He slacks off when colleagues submit reimbursement requests or ask him to issue certificates, and others have to repeatedly remind him. When he forgets to provide something, he blames colleagues for not asking him for it. Leaving messages on read and not replying for a week is considered “in progress,” and in the end, other colleagues still have to deliver the documents to the recipient. The male accountant also once made a mistake regarding a colleague’s annual leave, preventing the colleague from taking leave, but he did not think it was his fault and even made sarcastic remarks on the side. His attitude toward work is truly deplorable.
3. Some colleagues sleep, while others watch videos and slack off without limits. They also periodically make loud noises that disturb everyone’s work, yet the supervisors show no intention of managing these issues at all.
4. The company is already extremely small, yet several supervisors insist on forming factions and competing for power, making the office atmosphere extremely unpleasant.
5. The people coming in and out of the office are a mixed bunch, and it often becomes as noisy as a traditional market.
