Pros

I work here too. The morning study group is optional and takes place before work, not during working hours. Even trainees who share the same religious beliefs only join in if they personally want to listen. As for equipment, the relevant departments also provide assistance based on our needs.

As for money, I personally have never been asked to donate, and I receive a salary that is about the same as the industry standard. In the afternoon, many fellow practitioners also provide plenty of drinks, organic fruit, and afternoon snacks, and colleagues are very proactive about helping one another.

I’m quite happy to be able to do work that is meaningful for the environment!

Cons

There is often training on Saturdays, so you need to discuss it with your family in advance and then take compensatory leave on a weekday afterward....

Pros

An organization under the Fuzhi Group. If you share the same religious beliefs, you will be very happy there. Peace and blessings.

Cons

The religious influence is far too strong and has seriously affected work efficiency. Book clubs and religious worship are held during working hours, bringing the entire department to a complete standstill. If the work is not finished, that is your problem, and you have to stay and work overtime yourself (with no overtime pay).

The facilities and equipment are old, and there is no Wi-Fi (according to the supervisor, only specific people have the password and are allowed to use it).

On my first day at work, the computer monitor was already broken, and the desk had been moved over from another department because they no longer wanted it.

On the surface, they say they respect colleagues with different religious beliefs, but in reality they make sarcastic remarks behind your back, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere.

They ask you to donate money under various religious pretexts. The supervisor says on the surface that donations are not mandatory, but still applies pressure:

“You’ve just joined, so you should cooperate more with everyone. Almost everyone has donated.”

The salary is very poor, far below that of peers in the industry. They really treat you as if you were doing charitable work.
