During the interview, the boss did not say whether I would be hired and only asked me to add them on LINE, saying that they would send me materials for me to respond to. After I replied to the EMBA questions the boss sent on LINE, the boss read my message and left it unanswered for several days, then asked me to answer new questions.
I felt this was not a normal interview process, so I directly asked the boss whether they intended to hire me and said that I could complete more of the boss’s tasks after starting work. The boss read my message but did not reply for an entire week.
Later, after I received an offer from another company, I again asked the boss of this company to confirm whether they intended to hire me. After reading my message and leaving it unanswered for several days, the boss finally told me that I had not been selected.
This interview experience was very uncomfortable.
Colleagues get along well... that's it
Be careful during the interview.
They won't provide labor and health insurance after you join.
Because staff turnover is too high, the boss thinks it's a waste of money and doesn't provide insurance.
You won't know that you weren't insured for labor and health insurance until you receive a notice of unpaid premiums.
Colleagues are friendly
Staff turnover is very frequent

You have to take tests on mathematics and Chinese language, and also write down things associated with LEDs. They said the boss would notify me later, but I never heard back. Then, two weeks later, I received another interview invitation… (I was dumbfounded)
