Read the community guidelinesThe atmosphere is relaxed, and the work itself isn't unpleasant.
The work itself is okay and not unpleasant, but the boss is very stingy. Employee salaries have to be cobbled together from various sources just to be paid. During the pandemic, the company applied for government subsidies under other pretexts, which resulted in employees receiving very low salaries each month and struggling to make a living, while the government subsidy was collected once every three months. The work also comes with a host of problems. The boss is impatient and often speaks rudely, and communication is seriously lacking. Instructions are unclear, and whenever things get busy, the boss starts looking for someone to blame. The boss is also extremely critical, shows very little respect for employees, and does not trust them. This is a company with very little structure. The working environment is not very good either—the office is cluttered with all kinds of miscellaneous items. You can tell from the office how the company treats its employees: carelessly, prioritizing speed and convenience. The projects they take on and the company's day-to-day operations reflect the same attitude. They will casually scold people before even figuring out the problem, while they themselves often have no idea what is going on. Whenever the company gets busy, everything becomes extremely chaotic and the mood turns very sour. Think carefully before joining. Although the work itself is not unpleasant, the boss makes the entire experience very unpleasant.
