Doesn't understand management; besides yelling at people, they can't do anything else. When asked questions, they only tell you to figure it out yourself.

1. High turnover; employees are frequently berated. New hires cannot be retained, yet they only blame others and never reflect on themselves.
2. Low pay; they will find excuses to deduct bonuses and delay year-end bonuses.
There are many other shortcomings. I do not recommend going for an interview.
