This is a brown sugar food factory (Wanrong Sugar Industry is Xin Weiyu Industrial), a family business. The work for operators is extremely physically demanding, with packages ranging from 30 to 50 kilograms. You’ll be carrying them until you question your life choices, and it will give you back pain! I’d rather not comment on the hygiene of the work environment, but it will leave you speechless…… Not suitable? Quit immediately.
When calling to collect your pay the following month, they deduct money here and there for various reasons. Paid leave on the two-day weekend was not included in the pay, and despite not providing labor and health insurance, they still deduct the employee’s share from the salary. What’s more, even after I had already left the job for a month, they shamelessly claimed that labor and health insurance could be retroactively enrolled. They make all kinds of miscellaneous deductions! You have to argue with them before they pay you.
