There is no overtime pay, and there is no clocking in or out or employee attendance record as required by the Labor Standards Act. Even when you work until midnight, you still have to keep working under an all-inclusive salary system. You also often have to pay expenses upfront, and you cannot receive reimbursement within the stated timeframe. There are all kinds of violations of the Labor Standards Act. It is an odd company that completely assumes its own company policies take precedence over the law.
