Pros
The work is easy and straightforward, and there is basically no overtime. It’s a good place to stay for people who just want to coast and do the bare minimum.
Cons
The salary and benefits are poor. Also, because the work is easy to learn, employees are highly replaceable, so anyone considering joining should think twice.
