Decisions changed constantly, making the design work go to waste. I could only waste time working overtime to help him, yet still got criticized for working slowly. If he hadn’t kept changing his mind, it would have been finished long ago, okay? There was also a hint of resentment toward former employees in the way he spoke.
Fortunately, I escaped after not staying for long. It was a place that wasted life and energy.
Close to the MRT station
The salary looks okay,
but if you calculate it as take-home monthly pay ÷ (the standard monthly working hours + overtime hours),
the average hourly wage is much lower than the current minimum hourly wage of 196.
The problems with this company are too numerous to list.
