Read the community guidelinesBased on what was said during the interview:
The boss seems to understand and respect design, does not take on difficult clients, and also offers bonuses or raises.
The boss apparently had not seen my work before asking me to come to an interview (I had not submitted my résumé).
Because my work does not include the types of projects this company takes on, it was very obvious from the boss’s attitude that I was not the person they were looking for.
At least look at the portfolio before inviting someone to an interview, right?
I really hate this kind of interview that wastes both parties’ time. ==
Also, they said they would notify me of the result on a certain day, whether or not I was hired, but I never received any phone call or message.
Those new to the workforce who want to hone their skills can come here—but not to hone their design skills. You’ll be honing your ability to let clients mess you around! Put more nicely, it’s EQ!
The boss is completely customer-oriented and accepts everything without asking why! Even minor tweaks that are practically unnecessary have to be agreed to, wasting time! Work assignments are a mess; often, colleague A will be halfway through a project when colleague B is suddenly told to take over... Design is not a service industry! You can’t just hand projects over like this, okay?
Every designer has their own logic for creating work, and it’s completely disregarded.......
