Read the community guidelines1. When doing design, you can find and negotiate with many different vendors yourself, giving you the chance to get to know more vendors.
2. There is a high degree of design freedom, allowing you to fully express your creativity.
3. Doing design also lets you learn how to negotiate prices with vendors, issue purchase orders, personally conduct quality control, assemble products, and pack and ship them.
4. Air conditioning is turned on at the site when the weather is hot because the company’s main entrance is kept closed.
5. The interior layout is very beautifully arranged.
6. There are snacks to eat after the worship ceremony.
7. A place that car enthusiasts like you shouldn’t miss.
1. Because the manager wants you to compare multiple options, you have to find several vendors for comparison.
2. They let you take the lead, but if the result isn’t what they had in mind, they’ll tell you that you did it wrong.
Or, they may originally have no ideas and ask you to do it, but once they see your work and come up with a new idea, they’ll directly claim it as their own.
If the design succeeds according to what they told you to do, they’ll say, “See? I told you I was right.”
If the design fails according to what they told you to do, they’ll say, “How could you design it like this? This is how you should have designed it.”
Conclusion: No matter what happens, you’re the one who’s wrong; no matter how successful it is, you get none of the credit.
3. Aside from not being able to order things like the procurement department does, you can complete the entire project from start to finish.
4. To keep the interior clean, the factory doors are kept tightly closed. A sheet-metal building becomes unbearably hot in summer when the air conditioning isn’t on.
5. The layout is very attractive, and even the restrooms are separated into ones for guests and employees. Employees aren’t allowed to use the guests’ restroom, which has a much better environment.
6. There are snacks, but they’re gone very quickly. You’ll also be asked by your supervisor why they disappeared so quickly.
