1. The company often posts job openings for employees of another company under this company’s name, and its advertising regarding benefits is also misleading.
2. It deceives employees into serving as figureheads and making them the person in charge of another company, thereby evading taxes. It also suspects that employees will blow the whistle, so it shifts all responsibility for the figurehead company onto the employees. In reality, all profits from this company go into the employer’s personal account.
3. The accounts of the subsidiary nominally headed by the owner’s son are unclear. Whenever business development is requested, the company always claims that it is not making money and therefore cannot provide performance bonuses. In reality, the company’s account is mixed with personal accounts, and unexplained payments are often spent by the person in charge or the person in charge’s parents, allegedly as living-expense payments for the wife of the person in charge of the subsidiary.
4. Although the person in charge’s daughter-in-law is clearly not an employee, she is constantly present and monitors every employee.
5. The company consists almost entirely of the person in charge’s family and is extremely exclusionary. Its central principle is to exploit and use external employees until they are no longer needed, then turn against them and force them out.
6. The person in charge’s son has a criminal record for drunk driving; whether he injured anyone is unknown.
7. The person in charge’s son stated: “The person in charge is illiterate, unwilling to learn, and unwilling to understand matters.”
