They said there was a transportation allowance, so I submitted the application to the company, but then the boss said they never received it. Employees are swamped, while the administrative staff act as if none of it concerns them and keep piling things on you to handle.

Talk to your supervisor about it? Don’t be naive—it’s useless. After you raise an issue, it’s like throwing it into the water; there’s no response. One colleague took sick leave for surgery, but was still bombarded with calls to come back and provide support during rehabilitation. They completely ignored whether the person was recovering, didn’t pay overtime, and even delayed salaries. Who could put up with that?

The main point is that these problems aren’t a matter of a day or two; they’ve accumulated over the long term. Even after resigning, you still have to worry about your salary and help with the handover, while nothing is explained clearly. Employees aren’t machines—who would be willing to keep holding on forever?

Honestly, think carefully before joining a company like this. You’ll only fit in if you’re not afraid of hassle, exhaustion, or a chaotic system. Otherwise, you’ll genuinely start questioning your life after joining.
