Cons

1. The boss works in a completely disorganized manner, and you can only accept and follow orders.

2. The boss gives no consideration whatsoever to feasibility. As long as the people below are told to do something, they must do it, regardless of whether they can actually achieve it.

3. The boss insists on promising clients things that cannot be done, then later reneges or delivers poor-quality work.

4. The pay is low. The job website says 25,000–27,000, but the actual salary is only 22,000–26,000. You have to do everything from miscellaneous errands to expense reimbursement.

5. Except for event-related work, all other overtime is treated as part of the responsibility system and is not counted as overtime.

6. The overtime for event-related work does not include travel time.

7. The boss wants you to be nothing more than a servant.

8. You were originally supposed to be an event planner, but you have to do everything from graphic design, miscellaneous errands, site inspections, and event execution to sales assistance.

9. The company replaced 10 employees within a year and a half. The longest-serving employee stayed for only one year, and the shortest for only two months.

10. The boss will ask you to exploit vendors and inflate prices significantly, putting you in an impossible position with both sides.

11. The performance bonus is just empty talk—don’t take it seriously; if you do, you lose.

12. Average working hours: 12 hours; average salary: 26,000.

Cons

This is a company that bids on government event contracts.

There is no interaction between colleagues, and job responsibilities are unclear.

Graphic designers may be sent out to measure event venues.

Once an event is being executed, there will be no normal working hours.

Employees are treated entirely like temporary workers.

The company does not care whether employees go hungry after missing their mealtime.

It is an extremely disorganized company.
