The boss is very amiable and doesn’t nag managers or subordinates much!
Cons
For field service and tower-crane operators who travel externally and demonstrate loyalty and responsibility, providing more comprehensive, tangible small rewards or benefits based on seniority and performance would foster greater solidarity and enthusiasm for the work!
