Read the community guidelinesThe boss often treats us to food and drinks. Although there are no company trips, the gifts are decent.
At the clinic, some of the annual leave is limited to one day per year. The supervisor loves playing petty tricks—she treats you very well in front of others, but behind your back, well, haha~ Without knowing what you did to offend her, you may be forced out. When working there, it is best to keep evidence of everything to avoid being sued, because the company owner is litigious. If you want to resign, it is very easy for him to sue you unless you are willing to take a loss (for example, giving up an entire month’s salary or having a large amount deducted from your pay for no apparent reason). He will also ask other employees to lie and testify, so protect yourself. In addition, the disinfection practices there are extremely exaggerated: the doctors tell nurses to save disposable items used by one customer for the next patient. Speaking of nurses, there are far too many “nurse-assistants” there!! The boss requires beauticians to work as nurses.
