The interview did not take the other interviewees’ schedules into consideration. It was conducted as a group interview, and the questions were quite monotonous, simply asking the interviewees to introduce themselves.

It took about three hours for everyone to finish, so is the interviewer’s time the only time that matters?

The invitation email did not mention that it would be a group interview, so I felt like I had been tricked into coming to the interview.
We went into a meeting room to fill out personal information, take a personality test and a math test, and answer questions related to sales.
It took about an hour to complete everything.
For the self-introduction, you have to stand up in front of the other job applicants and interviewers.
The self-introduction should include your name, previous work experience, achievements, strengths, and weaknesses.
Each person takes about five minutes.
Interview duration: over three hours.
If you have other interviews scheduled, I recommend spacing them out as much as possible.
