You can listen to music while working.
(A company with a high turnover rate)
The interview said I would learn a lot (which was true—I really did learn a lot, because the tasks were ridiculously miscellaneous).
I never expected that after actually starting work, I would be left to run the store alone after only two weeks of training ==
The people above you all expect you to be able to get up to speed immediately after joining. If you can't, you'll be scolded, and veteran employees may even make sarcastic remarks ^^ (But it wasn't any of her business in the first place; she was really just throwing her weight around because of her seniority.)
Also, the boss will openly berate employees in the store, and sometimes even call you over to lecture you for an hour.
The store is also far too busy for one person to handle. Besides dealing with customers in the store, you also have to be responsible for customers on LINE, and sometimes there is even a large amount of processing work to do. Although it clearly requires the work of two people, only one person is assigned to the store. On top of that, this store has a lot of unreasonable customers. It's bad enough having to deal with the boss, but you also have to deal with these difficult customers. I end up furious every day ^_^
1. Labor and health insurance coverage begins on the first day of work.
2. Being late does not result in a deduction, but there is also no overtime pay (the store rarely requires overtime anyway).
3. No money is deducted for printing or work errors, but they must be reported to the manager.
4. The people at the company are easy to get along with, except for the manager.
5. You can eat anything in the refrigerator, although I did not.
6. There are many machines and computer operations to learn.
1. They expect you to learn all the store's operations within one week, preferably achieving proficiency.
2. You may be asked to handle tasks unrelated to the original store operations, such as purchasing items on behalf of the owner's friends (you have to help receive the goods, and collect payment when they are picked up).
3. The owner has extremely poor emotional control, the owner has extremely poor emotional control, the owner has extremely poor emotional control (it is very important, so I wrote it three times). Whenever anything is not done “immediately” according to his instructions, he immediately has a huge outburst. This happens regardless of the circumstances or time—even when customers are present!
Just because of point 3, I almost transformed into Asura; fortunately, I managed to hold myself back!
The above is my personal experience. If you consider yourself a god-and-ghost warrior, you can come and take on the challenge.
An interview where the boss doesn’t conduct a background check.
The interviewers need to improve their sense of punctuality.
