They sent the interview invitation themselves, and after I responded, they immediately called to ask about it. As soon as we started talking, it became clear that they had not looked at my résumé at all—they were just blindly sending out interview invitations. When they realized that you did not meet their expectations, they made all kinds of discriminatory remarks. Absolutely terrible and left an extremely negative impression.
