The office is very small. The portfolios online do not mean that every client is a long-term partner; some only collaborated once, and then it was bye-bye! They are merely using the names of well-known companies, and you also need to know watercolor for hand-drawing.
If you don't consider yourself a jack-of-all-trades, don't waste your time. They proactively invited me to an interview, but personally, I felt that the interviewer was not very sincere.
