The company environment is divided into small, separate offices. At the time, I was taken to an empty but very small meeting room, where someone from HR or a supervisor conducted the interview. They asked me to introduce myself first, then asked about my previous work experience, followed by additional questions based on the experience listed on my résumé. All in all, the interview took nearly two hours and involved asking about a whole bunch of things. It felt like an enormous waste of time. In the end, they said they would notify me later. I personally really dislike this kind of process, where they don't review the résumé thoroughly before asking someone to come in for an interview, and then proceed to ask a bunch of questions about information that is already written on the résumé.
