1. What was discussed during the interview was different from the actual job. I interviewed for a sales assistant position, but after I joined, they said there had originally been an accounting position available, but since there was already a sales assistant, I should fill in for the time being.
2. The boss’s wife didn’t know how to train new employees. As soon as I started, she said she was very busy and had no time to teach me, so I should figure out how to learn on my own.
3. The leave policy depended on their mood. Whether to take public holidays off also depended on their mood. In practice, it was every-other-week leave.
4. They said the lunch break was an hour and a half, but after I ate for an hour and returned, the boss’s wife said, “Why aren’t you back yet?” (Wasn’t the break supposed to be an hour and a half? …)
In short, they kept going back on what they had said during the interview, and the salary was only 22K.
