Read the community guidelinesThe interview atmosphere was relaxed, and the boss spoke directly. Working hours are 9:30–18:00, with a 1.5-hour break. The hours are flexible, and the leave benefits are good: upon being hired, you immediately receive 7 days of annual leave, plus an extra day for your birthday. Menstrual leave is paid. Flexible holidays do not require making up workdays.
The salary and benefits were not disclosed promptly in response. The office is small—just one room in a building—and there are three people in total, including the boss. The company’s future development remains uncertain.
