Applied for an engineering product development position, but the interviewing department was actually the sales department. They emphasized that PPAP would need to be handled in English and that I would be responsible for this area.
The interview required me to introduce my work experience in English. The job posting stated that work experience was not required and that language skills were not restricted. Yet they still asked the sales department to conduct the interview. This was truly disrespectful.
