Tell the security guard that you are there for an interview, and they will notify HR to take you to the reception room to fill out personnel information. Later, employees from the Sales Department and the graphic design staff came to introduce the job responsibilities and conduct the initial interview. They were rather impolite when looking through the interviewee’s portfolio. The graphic design employee could not come up with any questions and lacked professionalism.
Afterward, the general manager conducted the interview, asking questions such as when the applicant could start work and their expected salary. They also wanted to take the interviewee’s portfolio. They said they would provide notice within a week, and the interview ended.
The general manager and the employees who participated in the interview looked through the interviewee’s portfolio very roughly and would ask to take it away. If you are going to interview at this company, remember to print several copies, or ask them to view your online portfolio.
