Read the community guidelines1. Since there is no full-attendance bonus system, there is no salary deduction for not being seriously late to work, and no salary deduction if you need to leave early for personal matters.

1. Although the company allows employees to arrive late or leave early, there is no overtime pay, and overtime is required on Saturdays.

4. The boss and manager have very poor emotional management. Slamming desks, throwing documents, hanging up the phone, shouting and yelling—they do it all.
5. Only half of the statutory annual leave is granted. For example, after working for one year, labor regulations stipulate that employees should receive seven days of annual leave, but only four days are provided.
6. There are no holiday bonuses or gifts, company gatherings, or company trips.
7. A fixed employee welfare fund fee is deducted every month, yet the company does not appear to organize any employee gatherings, meals, or other welfare activities.
