Read the community guidelinesThe work environment is in a building, and cleanliness is not an issue, but you have to clean the office yourself. Snacks and drinking water are provided, but you have to boil hot water yourself. If you want to improve your professional skills, unfortunately, this is not the place. There is some training, but the supervisor likes to revise everything. Even with DMs, she makes you redraw them and then redraws them herself using your work. Unless you are very good at getting along with people, you will not learn anything in this environment.
This is an environment where social skills are valued more than actually doing the work. The supervisor is very emotional and uses the absence of outsiders to manipulate you into accepting her low-quality verbal abuse. The work itself is not easy either: you have to go downstairs to the warehouse to package products and then go alone to various convenience stores to ship them. Since you are the only employee, you have to do all the exhausting work. It is also mentally exhausting because you have to pay all the expenses yourself, and then the supervisor delays reimbursing you by saying there are too many things on the desk or that she will pay everything together tomorrow. Overall, this is a job where social skills matter more than actual performance. You have to be very good at dealing with people; otherwise, they will go out of their way to mess with you. Also, your pants have to be dark-colored or black—there are many rules. If you are good at communication or enjoy outsmarting and sparring with people, you will fit in happily.
Regular working hours
The supervisor has a bad temper and is quite harsh when company targets are not met. The company is small, and all the colleagues are supervisors. It seems that expenses such as cardboard boxes have to be paid out of pocket, then reimbursed by the supervisor after the items are delivered.
