Pros
A cheerful and happy atmosphere with little pressure
The company environment is good, the snack cabinet is well stocked, and there are quite a lot of small bonuses
The colleagues are all very nice, with plenty of exchange of ideas
Cons
No year-end bonus
Not much room for development
The atmosphere isn't very aggressive; it feels like we're standing still
The team could achieve better performance by being a little more proactive
