Read the community guidelinesThe customer service department supervisor is funny-looking.
The customer service department is constantly talking, affecting other people’s work. Overweight women run rampant.
The office decor and lighting are nice.
This company is listed on 104 as “Hong Kong Shining Ding International Trading Co., Ltd., Taiwan Branch.”
In other words, it is the direct-selling company started by Zhang Ting and Lin Ruiyang.
Any department is fine except the customer service department. The current customer service department has only two people (referred to as “Big Fatty” and “Little Fatty”). When teaching you things, they only teach half of it, then expect you to understand the rest on your own. You have to work quickly; if you are slow or make a mistake, they make sarcastic remarks, especially “Big Fatty” (no wonder there’s so much [insulting language] around her mouth—have some restraint, especially since you’re religious)!!! She is also the customer service supervisor! Even including the new hire, the customer service department has only three people. I don’t understand what they have to be so condescending about. They never look at you directly when speaking to you. “Little Fatty” is the same. I really admire how she previously wanted to become a supervisor (so she kept trying to prove herself), but in the end the general manager still chose “Big Fatty.” On the surface, she can still pretend to get along well with Big Fatty, but it is really [insincere]. However, I think she is more suited to being a supervisor. The two of them do nothing but eat constantly during work or continually scold their downline, criticizing everything (what they call their agents); otherwise, they complain about and berate the general manager. Please! Although you established the customer service department, you are also being paid by someone else. Let’s see how many customer service representatives you can scare away while you continue throwing your weight around. If you really join, I hope your “eight characters” are stronger than theirs so you can keep these two [insults] under control.
