• On the first floor, the environment is quite good, and there is also a model-home display area explaining what types of homes are being sold.

• The interviewer and the person showing candidates around at the site did not seem very professional.

• There was no specific interview process. They simply gathered a group of interviewees at a set time, took them to a model home to explain the types of properties, and then had them listen to a presentation. So it was unclear whether this was an interview or what exactly we were supposed to do.

• The interview did not explain the salary, benefits, or any of the relevant systems. They only said that the base salary was not high and that you had to rely on bonuses........

The only advantage is probably the environment of the model home.

1. They scheduled a group of people interviewing for the same position at the same time. The time was poorly allocated, which felt terrible.

2. Regardless of the position, they only seem to be looking for salespeople. Even if you have other skills, they will only ask whether you are willing to do sales.

3. They did not notify applicants in advance that they needed to bring an interview résumé; instead, they asked them to fill one out on-site.

4. After introducing the model home at the beginning, they asked whether we could stay and listen to their presentation. It felt as though they had called interviewees there to act as free extras and make up the numbers.

Conclusion:

The supervisor clearly had no idea what skills they needed in a candidate, wasting the interviewee’s time. They only briefly asked about your past experience and did not seem to be listening seriously. In the end, they hurriedly said they did not want to take up each other’s time and escorted you to the door. Unless you are looking for a sales job, do not waste your time.
